The stroller showed up pretty quick, I guess, but the frame had some scratches. They offered a tiny 5% refund to keep it, or they said they’d send me a new frame. Still waiting on that one. :(

I got the stroller for our trips. It's super light like they said, and putting it together and folding it is a breeze. We ain't using it until we head overseas, but I've rolled it around the house and haven't noticed any issues. Great bang for your buck, and it arrived really fast.

I had a bit of trouble with Partial.ly since it wasn’t clear that I wouldn’t get my items until after I paid everything. So, I decided to cancel my order. I then reordered the pram, and it showed up the next day—it's really nice! However, I still haven’t seen my refund for the cancelled Partial.ly order. It’s left me a bit strapped for cash, and honestly, I’m not thrilled about it. They don’t seem too worried either.

EDIT: I reached out to the Smart Kid Store about the Partial.ly issue, and they promised to check it out. They followed through and I got my refund the very next day!
